How to "Set" Hold Temp in the Amerique??

the hold temp is a default to 140 F. When your set cook time or set probe temp are reached the temp is then reset to the 140 F hold temp and the counter begins to count up.

If you want to hold something at a higher temp just set the temp you want and set the timer.

Also,be careful. When the default goes back to 240*, it take a while for the temp to fall!!

You can open the door and let some heat out.
