Replies sorted oldest to newest

1. Unless you see crud (moss, mold, etc) on the wood, don't waste your time taking off the bard. Won't hurt a thing.

2. Don't smoke poultry with other meats unless absolutely necessary. If you must, make sure the "other meat" is on top. You don't want poultry dripping on the other stuff.
