If you want to add a nice touch to your BBQ try selling Vaughns Green Tomato Relish. It is AWESOME. I had some as a garnishment at Dowd's Catfish House in Missouri. They also sell it by the pint and quart. I bought 4 quarts. I then called Vaughns in Texas (search web). It is a family recipe and made by them still. They just added salsa. They sell it wholesale by the pint, quart, gallon and 5 gallon bucket. Very reasonably priced.
I just wanted you all to know about a product I think your customers will love and you can make some money.
