Went to a little gathering today and I made the traditional CS pulled pork. Showed them the true southern way of eating it...cheap hamburger bun, coleslaw piled on top of the pork, and it was a hit.

Another guy did some St. Louis spares on his Weber....I think he did about 5 or 6 racks. Subpar to say the least. It's amazing how spoiled we get after eating the final product from our Cookshacks!

BTW, I didn't let out my secret on how I prepared the pork, but to everybody's knowledge, they think I slaved over the coals for 14 hours....we all know better! Wink
