In KCBS contest, do the same judges judge all four categories?

Yes and no. If you're a KCBS judge at a contest, you judge all four categories. However, unless their are only six teams at a contest, the same table of judges will not judge your four different entries. The reps and table captains do their best to make sure your entries don't hit the same tables. I have a feeling that the first part of my answer is what you're after.

They basically tell judges, that if you tried to eat all the samples, you'd be eating more than 2lbs of meat in that two hours.
Most judges "sample" and then take the leftover home in a container for later eating. But that depends on if you want to keep them or not.
