I'm in the process of remodeling part of my garage into a commercial kitchen. Having familiarity with the permitting process from having built one restaurant, I am anticipating and preparing for any concerns that may be raised, including those of our fire department.

Yesterday afternoon I had contacted Cookshack via email requesting any information which supports not needing an ansul-type fire suppression system for my CS 250. Now, I do have an Ansul-system that I can install, but it's really not needed for the CS.

Sure enough, this morning I have an email from Cookshack's Tony Marlar offering to either fax or mail the information. Withing ten minutes of emailing Tony back requesting that it be faxed, it is printing out from my fax machine.

Good job, Cookshack. Youse guys are terrific. Big Grin
