Liquid coming out of the door?

It is not a problem. Just make sure that if you lined the bottom with foil, that you punched a hole in the foil where the usual drip location is.

And bring the pan used to catch the drippings up far enuf' to catch the small amount of drippings that seep into the trough under the door.

Thanks for the sanity check, gang! I have been lining the bottom and the firebox and so far I've remembered to make a hole for the drain! After the first check of the smoker and seeing a trail of frozen drippings coming off of the lip by the door, I did move the drip pan out to catch that as well...

I just wanted to make sure that there wasn't an issue with the door... The door itself isn't exactly square with the box itself, but nothing looks bent...

It's all about hummaditty.. the CS retains moisture very well.. which is why we don't have to worry about food drying out in the box. Something I have come to love about my little black box.
