Linda Picone, the editor of catersource Magazine, is seeking caterers who have dealt with some humorous and/or interesting situations where uncontrollable and/or unforeseen circumstances created unique catering problems to solve. If you have had to take "lemons" and make "lemonade" we would love to present your story in an upcoming issue of catersource Magazine.
If you wish to be considered for this article, please send us a short (100 words or less) version of what happened in your own lemon to lemonade situation. If your story is selected, Linda will contact you to arrange for a more in-depth interview on your story.
