Maiden voyage for my FE

I figured I'd go bigtime to finally break in my new FE. I have it loaded up with 8 bone in butts and two briskets. It's chugging away on the smoke setting right now and I'll crank it up in a few hours. I rubbed everything with Cookshack Rib Rub. Tomorrow I have to cook 16 racks of ribs.

I had never loaded one of mine that full until just the other day. I put three 15-16lb. briskets in it with two 8-9lb. butts. The outside temp never got above 30 degrees. My cooker chugged along like it was empty. No problem. I did rotate the brisket that was on the bottom shelf with the third from the bottom shelf about half way through.

You'll have to let us know how things went.
