Well folks, we're getting down to those last few days of pre-Christmas crunch time so I just wanted to pass along Christmas/Holiday greetings to all.

Over the years I've picked up so many tips and great ideas in this forum. Thanks to all for your contributions. Passing our (collective) knowledge on to the new folks is especially rewarding. It's so nice to see this forum grow and develop.

Special thanks to Russ (SmokinOkie) for all his efforts maintaining such a well organized place to congregate and share ideas...and to Stuart and his team at Cookshack for providing the cyberspace and top notch products, which keep this forum alive.

Best wishes. Happy smoking to you all in the coming New Year

And Happy Christmas to you MaxQue and everyone else as well! This forum is a great community of people who help and encourage each other to produce their best Q.

I really appreciate all the hard work that goes into developing methods and then sharing those results with everyone.

And Smokin' must be one of the most dedicated and hard working son-of-a-guns ever to run this forum and work, and to participate in competitions. This forum would not be the same without him.

And happy holidays to the excellent people at Cookshack, many of whom I have spoken to this year. Everyone there has been great to deal with.

Happy New Year to all!

Gary
No thanks needed, I like helping people and talking Q (can't you tell). It's good to have TopChef back after all these years (oops, did people know you were THE top chef from years ago)... LOL

Merry Christmas to you guys and have a Safe and Happy New Year.

Cooking Prime Rib again this year.

Yep,

I understand what you mean by no thanks needed...BUT... I too would like to THANK Smokin' and Cookshack for all they do for us members/owners. You can always tell about folks by what kind of crowd they run with, with that said, there is a bunch of fine folks around here if anyone can't tell.

I'm wishing all a Happy Holiday and a joyful New Year!

I got that turkey thawing and the ingredients for Smokins' Holiday brine, so it looks like turkey for the holidays...

May you keep the snow up your way MaxQue!!!
Happy Holidays and a Merry Christmas. Sorry for myself that there won't be any smoking for Christmas eve for tradition at our house calls for city chicken. But best believe the smoker will be working over the holiday vacation as I have a freshly butchered pig my buddy raised for me coming home. I couldn't have enjoyed myself more this last year if it wasn't for all my online forum buddys I found since I purchased my 025 a year ago. May you all have a safe and happy holidays.
I want to add my thanks to all who contribute to this forum and have made me a far better cook in general as well as helping me produce some great Q.

Smokin' thank you for all you have done and for also entertaining a sense of humor while keeping the board running properly. You and all the others who contribute to us newbies set an excellent example of what it truely means when you say "you are here to help".

Merry Christmas to all and a safe and prosperous New Year ahead.

Jer
