This was our first event with the FE100. We were 8th in Pork Butt, 2nd in Ribs and 1st in Brisket. Tried to get the chicken skin crispy and managed only to over cook the skin. We got 19th in Chicken.

Help...Someone get me on track on the recipe I've see batted about by Eddy and Ocoala Bill.

You need to look at your score sheet and find where you are weak and work on that spot only . Just rember not change to many things at one time . Just my 2 cents
