I have only cooked flats a couple of times, and have never bothered to weigh the finished product. Does anyone have a ballpark figure on the finished yield of a cooked flat as opposed to the poundage of the cookedflat. 60 per cent?

Also, Talked to a guy at Sam's over the phone, and he told me there were 40 to 60 flats in a case. That sounds like a lot. Was he right?

The case price he gave me over the phone was great, but I don't want to buy 60 flats to get it.
