I've got the smokette and I'd like to do multiple items in there this weekend. I'm thinking (Whole) chickens, ribs, rib tips and perhaps a beef brisket. The idea is to have some friends over to try all the different items.

I know they all have different cooking times, but I'm wondering if there is a "Multiple Items" faq or general guidelines that anyone knows of...Any help is appreciated.
