Butcher makes as good a pork injection as they do a brisket injection. Unfortunately, due to my marketing position, and promise to my customers, I can't use either one.
I make my own injections but am a little hesitant to share the ingredients on an open forum. The competition out there is brutal and I know that 2 of my 'competing vendors' are on this forum. They've asked why I'm always sold out and I just smile and tell them it's my sunny personality
