The one cal posted is made by Steven here in north FL.He has been a couple decade KCBS rep and developer of these for around the same time.He is also an FE cook and would be happy to talk to you about them.

I use and like Chop's Power injector system. It comes with 4 needles and either .5 or a full gallon pressure tank. I can inject an 80# case of butts in less than 5 minutes.

Really like both models. Have not seen either before and I've been doing some serious Google work.
Going to use Butcher BBQ Brisket injection, but would like to make our own for Pork Butt's. Any chance you'd share your injection recipe.

Butcher makes as good a pork injection as they do a brisket injection. Unfortunately, due to my marketing position, and promise to my customers, I can't use either one.

I make my own injections but am a little hesitant to share the ingredients on an open forum. The competition out there is brutal and I know that 2 of my 'competing vendors' are on this forum. They've asked why I'm always sold out and I just smile and tell them it's my sunny personality

I just recently began injecting and the only things I have injected is some chicken breast and some briskets. I have been brining pork and had great results. With the electric injector you have to be light on the trigger and it makes all the difference. Hope this helps. I believe on the website he has some injection recipes.

For an injection, you can try strained italian dressing cut 50/50 with apple juice, with texas pete added to make about 10% of the total volume. From there, add honey, mustard, beer, etc until you get where you want to be.
