I have been doing brisket for years, but this was my first try at Burnt Ends. I had done a brisket, and the better half told me that we were having left overs for dinner. I remembered that I had taken the point off the Brisket and cut it into chunks. It had been in the fridge for a couple of days. I got out the bag and nuked it in the microwave to warm it up. I hit it with dry rub, and then into the smoker for an hour. I pulled it and hit it with more dry rub, and another hour in the smoker. I pulled it and hit it one more time with more dry rub and a light coating of bbq sauce, covered the pan and back in the smoker for about 45 minutes. Oh yea, I will be doing this again.
