I pulled the trigger yesterday and ordered my Amerique. Scoping out my back yard for the best location to set up a Smoke Shack.
Any advice on keeping the inside clean will be appreciated.
Also, I need any designs for a sturdy moveable stand to get it across the yard. Wife is concerned about smoke staining the house if it's too close.
I look forward to my first cook on it. I 'll post some pics, good or bad.
