Jerrykr, thanks. i broke down and got a 1/2 hp from Cabelas. Did some Brawtwurst last nite (i used you site for info) they turned out awesome. Guys at work even took up a collection for me to do more over the weekend. Thanks!!!

I have the same problem, my friends all want me to make them a batch. I make 'em come over and help
... that's how I got the pictures taken for the site!
