TF - Those quarters will be done in 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Take the thigh up to 175˚.

Depending on the thickness of your ribs, they "could" be done in 3 hours as well. They won't be far behind the bird.

If you are going to cook them together make sure that you have the ribs on top. You don't want the chicken dripping on to your ribs.

Remember, poultry takes on smoke fast & heavy.
