Finally got a chance to put the new AQ to work. Shoveled off 6 inches of snow on the back porch, followed Pork Butt 101, outside temp was 2 above zero, and after 14 hours pulled out a master piece. Only thing I forgot was to let the butt rest for 30 minutes. I was so excited about my first smoke we started pulling and eating right away. Pulled beautifully and tasted great. Ribs are next and can't wait.
