So far this is how my new CS 55 is cooking on the first attempt.
Baby back ribs-- Excellant, the best we have ever ate.
Boston Butt--- Again just excellant, This is the best pulled pork we hace ever had. We used the Carolina vinegar sauce recipe and it was just delicious.
So far we have prepared the meat, set the temperature and waited and waited and waited ( without opening the door ) until the meat was done cooking. Lots of patience you know!! We used a poder also it seems that the cooking time equates out to be about one hour oer pound of meat bering cooked. For excellant results, remember, keep the door shut and wait. You will find that it is well worth it.
