I just wanted to say thank you for this wonderful forum. I received my SM025 last week and after seasoning it did some pork shoulders this weekend. They were fantastic!!! Perfect amount of smoke flavor and they pulled beautifully. I am a que beginner, but I can tell that this is going to be a wonderful addition to our family!

Looks great!!

You should foil the top of the wood box snd foil the floor and poke a hole in it to drain the grease. Makes for an easy clean up.
