Did my first cook yesterday. 4 racks of baby backs. Used the 3-2-1 method, the house rub, but instead of fruit juice I used ginger ale. Wrapped to rest. Waited a half hour or so, the neighbor and a friend from where he works were wrenching on their snowmobiles.( they are young fellows in their late 20's) Walked in the garage opened a rack and a half, pourded some house sauce in a pie tin, and took a step back. Never saw anything dissappear that fast in my life.
