I just received my new Sm55 today and have a question about the thermocouple. My thermocouple is just dangling in the back of the smoker. At first glance, I thought it might have popped out of a bracket at the back of the smoker that would secure it in a horizontal position. After looking again, I think maybe it's not a bracket at all, just something put there to hold you away from the thermocouple. I half heartedly tried to pop the thermocouple underneath the "bracket", but it feels way too snug to have be meant to go under it. Any ideas?
