New Stainless Cookshack Smoker

I just bought a new one and would would like to know any added info before it arives. It will be used in the garage on a work bench. I live in Michigan. Will the time cooking vary with the temp. Thanks to all.

Welcome and nope,
if you are asking about external air temps.

It is insulated to 1000ï¿½ and you can cook outside in Jan.

If you are asking about cooker temps.,yes.
