Hello All,

I have been looking at a getting a smoker for several years. I finally made the leap. I bought an Amerique. Found the forum and have been reading the heck out of it. Since this being my first smoker I am excited and nervous to try this whole experience. I just really wanted to say hello to all and I am sure I will have a ton of questions. So please be gentle on me if I ask really stupid things! I will do my best to search the forums before I ask.
