Doing my first Cook tonight in the FEC 100. Put my brisket in and everything was doing great. Then I hit the On/OFF switch by accident. I turned it back on and it got back up to temp and reset the time and temp and pushed start. Everything working fine except the timer is not working. I've hit the reset button without avail. Something I'm missing here?

I've never run across that issue personally or on the FEC forum. You might try unplugging the unit (after your cook) and see if a hard reboot of the control panel resolves the problem. If not, give Bill or Tony a call at Cookshack.

Well I just got done with my brisket and it was perfect none the less. I will unplug it and see if that doesn't reset it..
