OK I'm ready to be a Cookshack Owner BUT.... One last question

I have been researching smokers for about 5 months and I believe that Smokette II is really the best on the market right now for it’s quality and customer support.

But my question is, I am going to buy a “BRAND NEW” never been opened Smokette II from a 3rd party, how does Cookshack handle the warranty if a problem arises with it ?? And will I be entitled to the same GREAT customer service support Cookshack gives to it’s other customers ??
