Considering outfitting trailer with cooker (100 or 200 series) and setting up at events, etc., or maybe just beside the road during lunch/dinner time. What do you folks think of this? Am I crazy? I tend to over-think things and usually scare myself out of doin' it. Would like to hear if you or someone you know has done or is doing this. Thank you for your time.

There are a ton of folks who love BBQ and would like to do this too.

Best place to really start is your local health department and city/county licensing and zoning board to see what they require to set up shop. Those requirements will define your trailer design and also how you do business. Then see if you can make it work within those constraints...
