I've been using my PG1000 more for beef jerky and find that the slices on the edge of the trays get done WAY faster than the ones in the middle.  I have to constantly move the trays around which increases cooking time of course.  

Along the same lines, I usually stack 6 or 7 mesh trays in there.  I have to swap trays from top to bottom as well. Any tips?  Thank you
