Okay, my family and I are on vacation in Virginia and have stopped by Williamsburg to take the kids to the Great Wolf Lodge Waterpark. Went to eat at a place called Pierce's Pitt BBQ. I have read about it in Southern Living and thought we would give it a try. Wow, very good sandwich. If you ever are up this way you may want to give it a try. Pretty dang good sauce and very reasonable.

Glad you enjoyed it. Were they trying to hide the meat with their sauce?????

Well, I guess they were. But, the sauce was very good, I give them that. It was a fine tasting meal. I just mentioned in case there were some that read the article in Southern Living a couple of months ago. It really is a neat concept for a restaurant. The set up is just a little different. Cool place.
