Has anyone experienced pitted grates? Mine are pitting on the under side after just four smokes. The first two were 8 lb butts and the last two were 6 lb turkey breasts. They were coated each time with olive oil before cooking and they were cleaned in normal soapy dish water after soaking for about 30 mins.
