Well I don't have much going on this weekend, out for supper both nights..

We were supposed to have pizza this weekend, but moved it to tonight instead. Did it up on HAL (FEC-100) tonight, and damn, was it good!

400F, 2nd rack from bottom, for 30 minutes using oak.

Nice job on the pizza! Did you preheat your pizza stone and how did the crust turn out? Thanks for sharing.

I preheated the pizza stone you bet. The crust was just a bit crispy but not soggy or crunchy.
