pork butt 101

hello to all, in looking around, i found oakies guid. clicked on pork butt 101 and read what he had to say.got to the bottom and he talked about an apple baste. when i clicked it, it brought me to the forum. i searched " smokin oakies mop" and got nothing. am i too late for these tips? thanks

Since the forum changed a month or two ago, the links are kind of messed up.

You might want to search just "mop". It looked like you had Okies name wrong. It's Smokin Okie...not like the wood Oak...lol. Just do some more searching with mops, apple mop, etc. Try something not too specific. And, make sure you got the spelling write! (Ooopss...that's right).
