Alright, It's not 7/16. It's a 10/32 button head screw, screwed into a post. Found that out trying to run a 7/16-14 die over it. Looks like the best thing to do is: Heat the stud (cause it's stainless and breaks easy). Remove the screw and replace with a 10/32 bolt and a number 10 fender washer about 1 inch in dia. I figured this out this afternoon. This should make removing the rack brackets easy for cleaning. What do y'all think?
