I needed a packer... seems Walmart stopped selling them here and the local butcher wanted $5.99 lb ( $7.99 for a flat !!!!) ! I joined KCBS and with it came access to Restaurant Depot. They had tons of the packers ar $2.19 lb ... most of you probably already knew this but for those that didn't ... it's worth it.
