Retail price for rack of ribs

I know this probably varies from state to state but what's an average rack of ribs go for?

I paid 1.90# (3.5 down), I'm hearing that's high. How much would a rack normally sell for? Sorry, just got my smoker yesterday and there isn't any place in the area to compare prices to.

I paid 1.99lb on sale for spares the other day. Normally they are 3.99lb. Baby backs usually go for about 5.69lb. So to me 1.90lb is pretty good.

at my restaurant we've been paying $1.79 a# for 4 and down spares. This is from our wholesale dist.

We've been paying in the the same area as Eddy for 4 and downs. I sometimes get them from our broadline distibutor, and other times get them direct from the packer.
