Very well presented. Great info for the rib neophytes.
Must be nice to have a team of grunts to help with all these projects. 
Grunts, did you see me sweating in the 105 temps in Oklahoma during the filming and who did all the work, they just cleaned up...

Great job on the video. Definitly something for anybody wanting to learn how to properly trim ribs corectly and not go thru the time and cost of mangling a bunch of racks of ribs.
