Well, The road trip didn't go like I really wanted. I didn't get a chance to eat bbq till Greenville. We found a place called Charlies bbq on Pelhem and hwy 14. All they served was chopped pork and chicken. It was ok but it wouldn't be a place I would go out of the way to visit again. My flight home took me to Memphis, but I only had 20 minutes in the airport. Stopped by Corky's and got a half slab of dry ribs. They had been in some sort of cryovac bag. Again I wouldn't do that again, aleast in the airport. There was a Jim Neely's Interstate bbq in the airport also. They were extremely busy. But I was out of time so I didn't get to try it. Well, maybe next time. I think I will cook up some fresh this weekend. Thanks for the suggestions.
