Hi everyone..I just wanted to let you know that I smoked a salmon this past weekend and it was wonderful.I picked up a 3.4lb salmon at costco. My rub was Fresh rosemary,thyme,chives. All chopped fine. Then I added salt pepper with a little bit of dried oragano.I rubbed it in on one side only and then added a olive oil and lemon juice mix that I threw together on top of that. I set my temp at 208 degrees for 1.5hrs. I also oiled my grill with olive oil to keep the fish from sticking. The fish turned out incredibly well..and it seemed to taste even better the next day.Rob
