Powered up my relatively new SM 025 this morning, set the temp control to 225 degrees, then noticed that the initial oven temperature readout was 120 degrees. This was before the elements heated up. Outside temperature is about 60 degrees, and the unit was not sitting in the sun.
I thought I remembered seeing an initial temp readout much closer to ambient. Hope my temp sensor and thermostat aren't misbehaving.
Any ideas from the group? Thanks in advance.
