Oh yea - those will be a deadly duo. I use an SM160 and FEC-120 in my place, and it was a last minute decision to get the SM-160 under the hood, my thinking was to use it for 'backup'. Well, the SM-160 has turned out to be my go-to smoker for Butts and Briskets - no smoke ring (electric smoker), but perfect moistness. We've built quite a name for our Brisket and Pulled Pork over the last 6 months, so I don't plan on changing much. Also, the SM smokers are great for 'holding'.

Astronorick;
Thanks for the positive comments. I'm counting on the CS smokers for moist brisket and I'm also hoping that the Henny Penny CVAP unit lives up to it's reputation for great holding capabilities, as I plan to hold hot over night.

SmokinOkie, agree on SR. No plans or needs to add Charcoal to achieve a cosmetic effect.
