I just got this on Thursday... SM066... I'm trying to cook a small pork butt at 250 degrees for 7:00 hours... The controller seems to show the probe temp from time to time during the cook even tough i dont have it connected... Then the time left to cook is way off... When it went back to showing time left, it showed 4:44... But there is only 1:28 left... What should I do?
