I ran a load of butts last night, pulled them this morning and turned off smoker. I cleaned the smoker, reloaded the wood box and filled with wings and sausage and an hour later noticed it wasn't heating. Replaced the element and still have the same problem. Need to run product for this weekend and need this fixed ASAP, I'll call cookshack in the morning but any help tonight would be great. Thanks, Q

I called Cookshack and we ran through some diagnostics with a volt meter and determined the control panel is bad. Now I just need to come up with the $750.00 plus tax and shipping and I'll be up and running. In the mean time I'm renting a stick burner for $30 a day just to keep the doors open. Don't mean to complain on here just blowing off some steam. Love my Cookshack and it has been a work horse everyday the last 2 years. It just gets frustrating when I think I'm finally making some progress and then something else breaks. Well better go tend the fire box. No rest for the weary. Q
