ok guys,
bought a sm160......1st attempt. did one brisket (fat up) top shelf.
2 butts 2nd from top shelf. (front)
and 2 butts 3rd from top shelf. (back)
all these at one time. set on auto brisket (225 deg. for 12hrs) they were finished in about 11.
LOVED them....far exceeded expectations.

Now going to try 4 briskets (14lbs a piece) how do i stack them in the smoker?? should i still look for close to 11hr. smoke time. fat side up on all except the bottom one??

Doing for our moose lodge benefit and don't and to screw have issues.............
