Hey all. I need some help. I have been using the sm260 in my restaurant for over a year now and it always worked perfectly for the last week now it has nite been performing at all. My pork ribs are cooked but no where near as tender as they should be. I can pick up the whole rack by the bone and normally it would slide right out. Same with beef ribs and now after smoking chicken for two hours plus it is still near raw. I have checked the element it works fine the exhaust hole is clear and so is the drip hole. I am at a loss for why this is happening. Please help

Had same problem with my SM160 last week, the element was warm but nowhere near hot. Did some diagostics with Cookshack on the phone and determined the control panel is bad. No work around for the problem they just said I need to shell out the $750 for a new one. Good luck, Q
