Good morning, I have programed my SM066 for 225 degrees and it won't ever get above 190F even though the screen is showing the 225 degree range. I verified the ambient temperature and replaced the probe and verified both of those so I don't believe that is the issue. Thoughts????? P.S. This scenario occurs regardless of higher or lower temperature set points. Thanks in advance.

Is this a new problem? Off the top it sounds like a controller problem. If electrotech doesn't reply here, give CS customer service a call They are very good.
If the unit is reading 225° but is not actually that temp it is either a controller issue of a probe issue. If you can give us a call we can help with some checks and if need be get you a return authorization to send the control in for testing.
