Awesome looking ribs! I smoked my first pair of racks yesterday and they came great! I also put a briskett on with the ribs, but I did'nt take it off 'till 6 hours later and it just melted in our mouths. My new 020 and I are smoking some summer sausage today. Does any one have an idea for a good temp for summer sausage?
