We live in South Florida,& find hundreds of ways to use Jalapenos.What we did this time with the W-S roaster & corer is to cut off the tops (1/4"). Core out seeds etc & fill to 1/8" from top W/ mixture of Creamed Cheese & smoked sausage, garlic, chopped olives & onions. (1-2 TSB ea.)Set top back on. Either Set on Grill till cheese melts(25-30 min.or Smoke/cook @180 for about the same amt of time with your favorite wood.Serve at once! You cannot make a mistake! Just tell your guests "Thats how we make "em in Our Area",
