Anyone have any good recipes for smoked turkey legs. I've had a few requests to include them in my caterering menu.

Hello, I'm working in food service
and looking for something on the weekends.
I have an idea, to put on flea market a Mobile
kitchen.
I would like to sale grill roasted corn and potato.
But that is not enough I need more items to show a
menu as requirement.I cant invest a lot of money
now,so I would like to sale some related like grill
roasted turkey legs to use same equipment.
Could you please help me to set up a menu.

I'm not really clear on what you're asking help on Igor. From what you've said, it seems you wish to sell grilled corn, potatoes and turkey legs at a flea market, right?
If that's the case, you have your menu. Are you asking for advice as to what to charge?
