Smoker not working

I recently bought a 250 series smoker. It worked fine for the first week then yesterday it stopped heating. The panel works fine. Anyone know what happened, I hate the think the heating elements went out within a week.

Check your door closed switch.It may not be making good contact.

Had the same thing happen on my 150. Give customer service a call...there's an easy fix.

Sorry I haven't beenon the forum the last few days. Went to my son's robotics competition.

Hope your smoker is working by now, if not give us a call first thing Monday morning.
